Dr Vita Peacock earns Humboldt Fellowship

for her project, 'Data Relations: Anti-Surveillance Mobilization in Germany'

The fellowship was awarded by the Humboldt Foundation for the project, 'Data Relations: Anti-Surveillance Mobilization in Germany', which embarks on an ethnographic study of a range of initiatives across Germany that situate themselves in opposition to forms of digital surveillance.

Dr. Vita Peacock will be presenting some of her previous ethnographic work at the LMU conference "Umasking. On a Mimetic Form". 6th Conference of the IDP Mimesis, 4th – 6th July 2019, Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte Munich and LMU Munich.
