Person of Confidence

The Institute of Social and Cultural Anthropology has recently grown considerably. This has posed potential challenges linked to project management, team collaborations, and other emerging concerns. As an institute, we wish to create an amiable, accessible, and confidential space where incoming members and those already working in the institute will have an opportunity to talk and resolve conflicts, whenever they emerge. Dr. Henry Kammler has volunteered to act as a person of trust and contact for this purpose. In case that there are any difficulties with superiors or peers, please contact him. Confidentiality is ensured. We hope to address and solve any tensions at an early stage to foster a cooperative work atmosphere.
